Will Toady resign, be forced out, and MM reinstate himself !!!!

Its clear that the correct FIA procedure was not followed and the FIA's very own rules were broken by the FIA president, it's also very clear Toads position is extremely shakey, just how can Toad force the FOTA members to follow his instruction to attend the Bahrain GP when the decision was made outside his mandate.

Maxie, the door is ajar, I'm sure you know how to sneak in.

Cosi, Bernie will simply make a decision that suits his purposes losely based on the rules, however they can be interpretted, he is adept at overcoming this sort of challenge.

Apparently Vijay Mallya was out of the room when the 'unanimous' vote took place, according to Adam Cooper: "Supposedly he was on phone. Can't confirm yet but it would seem kinda odd given they were voting about moving the Indian GP!"

I think a good whipping would see the Toad running off screaming Gallic curses, Maxie however takes it like a real man, allegedly of course.

    At last!
At last we see a well thought out response which says all the right things without sense of acrimony. That is a well-draughted political statement and I hope Toadt reads it very carefully. He could do with a bit of tutoring on the subject…

Autospout repeats the chronology of the whole palaver as the FIA continues to shirk responsibility by attempting to cast aspersions on Ecclestone's shenanigans and denying that it needs the agreement of the teams to change the calendar.

Yeah. a bit of a damp squib now. Forza Avaaz! etc. I can just imagine Jean Todt in the conference room at Place de la Concorde saying, "No, no - it isn't cancelled until I say it's cancelled."

I think they were always going to drop it, but pretended they weren't to keep the Bahranians sweet, then made sure the 'yes' vote was ineligible so they had a real back-door reason to cancel it if there was a public backlash. Why else take a vote you knew wasn't legal.
