The three 'horror' fixtues are now behind us and, it must be said, we didn't do too badly. In any case it was not a disgrace. All draws and one that we let off the hook (including an own goal....again!). All in all I think we can look forward to a positive future, at least in the short term. Defence is definately an area that needs strengthening, though Forde played his part well when it mattered. I can only comment on the general play because all I know is what I read, of course, but the results speak for themselves. Well done, Lions, keep up the good work. Coming up, we should do OK against Bolton, then two quickies on the bounce, Charlton and Forest (three day turn around, not good ) then Barnsley and Leicester. Would like to see nine, maybe more, from this lot. Let's hope.
If you get lucky you will gather 5 points. The key games in this lot are Charlton and Barnsley they will among the five or six teams scrapping over the last two relegation slots with you. Yeovil are already gone. Bolton will be top 10 by the end of season.
yer cos you hammer the bottom teams like Yeovil,Birmingham,Bournemouth etc don't you. You've beat 1 out of the lower 16 teams and not won in 5 games. ps posh were the only team to get 6pts off Cardiff on there way to league 1. will miss you guys. pps brisbane who won the Rugby union game yesterday ?.
Just like football then. Although if I was a millwall fan I would want to live 12000 miles away as well!
Morning Gloria We have a chance to dent Boltons dreams this Saturday....another draw for us I think! (another 32 draws and we could be struggling though!)
You're right, Tommy. I don't know what I was looking at but I definately saw Charlton and Forest. Sorry, can't answer that one.
Nah - it's just the way you prattle on like an old woman! - Gloria suits you! (but it weren't a bad song though!)
