Nicely side-stepped.... But back to the point. The guy got injured off the field, saw Liverpool were on the attack, walked onto the field to get the game stopped and when coutinho, who probably never saw it anyway, didn't put the ball out your 'model pro' went for him and accused him of cheating. talk about Sturridge instead if you want, but stop trying to defend Sagna. Hes a prick.
Well put back on track too Gibbs was holding his leg whilst still approaching the advertising boards. Whilst continuing to hold his leg, he then turned around and went at least ten yards back onto the pitch. Funnily enough, he was quite far away from the Arsenal bench and the one coming off for the ready and waiting substitute on the sideline too
The one near the beginning? He was dawdling with a Arsenal player closing him? I was screaming man-on at the TV
Yeah! The Arsenal defence just parted and he made the most half hearted run in to their box that I've ever seen, looked like a fish out of water bless him
When it opened up for Hendo early on what on earth was he doing It looked like he had his laces tied together Maybe was a bit tight with the sweeties at Haloween
What did people make of the Suarez quick free kick which wasn't allowed? We gained no advantage from Sagna getting booked and us having to hoof it into the box, we lost the advantage of the initial attack and then we lost the advantage of the quick free kick. Seemed useless to me.
That was a goal that should've stood Hendersons chance That was bad, very amateur like and I hope BR puts a rocket up his arse for it. What a clear cut chance
Hmmm. just saw MoTD. Of course, arsenal were the better team and well deserved to win - but Ozil? I honestly thought Rosicky was better player. And even in the poorer team, I though Suarez was twice the player. I do rate Ozil, and I thought he destroyed England in SA. Just thought he was average today.
It was a blatant foul on Suarez and deserved a booking, once the referee has given it the option of playing advantage has gone. If the referee wishes to present a booking then play must be held up whilst the act is carried out. If no booking was required then there would have been no reason to disallow the goal other than if the referee had already said to wait for the whistle (which he clearly didn't) I don't like it but it was the right decision
What an absolute load of bollocks. You only need to look at Sagna's actions to se that if Courtinho did not fend him off then Sagna would have walked over him. So the agreesion here is totally one-sided by the Arsenal man!!
Funny how Sagna's attitude changed once someone who is likely to stick up for himself gets involved. Good attitude from Coutinho not getting involved in what was a nothing incident and good to see Suarez just say go away nicely instead on nutting him or something silly.
I think our biggest problem at the moment is Donga's diet. Getting very mixed stools and it's throwing us in different directions. 3 different results in the last 3 games.
