    It's not often we get special days like this so it's important to milk it as much as we can.

    I'm gravelly voiced, knackered, wet and half cut but hey.. for once I'm looking forward to match of the day.

    Aye, normal service was resumed as the mackems returned to losing ways.

    That's another Saturday night when the TVs will be switched off in Sunderland en masse at 10.30pm as the locals shun MOTD on BBC1. Shame it didn't happen last Sunday.

    Poyet got sent off at Tottenham twice for spitting yet when asked on Goals on Sunday a couple of years back why he thought he got 3 red cards for Tottenham and none for Chelsea, he said 'because Chelsea were a bigger team and got more favorable decisions.' Sums the guy up for me.
