There is no excuse what so ever for them not putting the effort in! Its no ones fault other than their own
Don't get me wrong CH is at fault as well. Its a team game and that includes everyone at the club not just the players. They all need to up their game
Yes indeed, I'm just wrapping Hughton for you, can't get him away from our club fast enough now! Bah!
Even the Canary Call team (not the fans) think CH is a dead man walking and would not be surprised if he was shown the door after that.
I don't think they should be "safe from criticism" at all, but the amount of times they've been made the scapegoat for Hughton's defence. I can't see anyway back for Hughton today and his signing this summer, I don't think, have worked. He has bought in good players but I don't think he has a clue how to get the most out of them.
I feel so hollow and empty inside after those two games this week The same sort of feeling I had when we got relegated in 2005. The feeling of helplessness, despair, lack of any light at the end of the tunnel. We really do need to change, while we can still salvage something from the season.
They didn't look bothered that was what concerns me the most, you've got to go to these places and be hungry to play, no-one had this hunger. As China pointed out about the leaders on the pitch both Martin and Bassong are doing a dreadful job on the pitch.
Oh God! The alternatives are depressing, but that's what we have to start looking at. Hughton is toast. I just wish there was someone out there who could inspire even a little confidence. Any suggestions, everyone?
Why is it any team we send out right now cannot close down the opposition as a unit? Give quality players time and space and they will score - it's not rocket science! Just gutted at the lack of fight or spirit today.
Looking at the table you aren't in a bad situation! Win against Wet Sham next week and you could be out of the bottom 3! Hughton will keep his job and everything will be all fine and dandy again! Supers must have hacked my account.
Battering. Not sure who I'd want in but think today has to be the final straw. Martin O'Neill before he takes ireland. Don't think we'd go down with him but not sure he would be a long term option. Malky or Zola...
And both had incredibly poor (by their own standards) games today. No leadership, fight or passion visible from either.
Unpopular with some because he played Chelsea negatively, but RDM is the only person in the UK I can think of. I have no idea who is available abroad.
