It's all starting to unfold down SEVCO way. Someone called me out the other day......well it's beginning to unfold. What will happen? Administration is the favoured route, BUT, the separation of the company running the club and the club was a deliberate corporate move. To protect the club? Yeah, believe that if you wish. Ever seen the film THE STING, well it's in the tail. McColl and King are now frantic with the realisation of what is about to unfold. Oh what a tangled web. It's nearing the end game.
A very bad day for The Rangers, James Traynor rolled away and took £250k with him . King Dave also has found out that either The Rangers doesn't want his £20 m or else the authorities in London didn't like the look of him , I can't believe the idiots at Hampdon would have any objection . The Rangers will be all right tomorrow as I believe it is All Saints day , and there are certainly no saints at Ibrox .
Traynor is ****ed, he burned all bridges as a sports journalist the way he left the Record and with his rants on the official Rangers site. Couldn't have happened to a better person.
He'll get a job on the Radio as a pundit, or a column in some rag. It's not as if he's taking a wage from Rangers any more, like Derek Johnstone and Mark Hateley.
Former Daily Record and BBC Scotland journalist James Traynor has left his position of Director of Communications at Ibrox after less than ten months in the position. A brief statement on the official Rangers website read: “Rangers today announce that Director of Communications James Traynor has left the Club.” Traynor joined Rangers in December 2012, tasked with ‘overseeing the development of all media platforms including Rangers TV, digital, online and print publications’. According to STV Sport, a Rangers board spokesperson said: “The directors at Rangers are looking at a range of cost-cutting measures. It’s fair to say James Traynor’s departure is part of that.”
