Why does his face always look like it's pressed up against a window? As to what he said, it's the same old, same old...
i was waiting for someone to put it up cause its not letting me watch it at work, what does he say? same old same old?
Hull manager Steve Bruce says taking over as Sunderland boss in 2009 was "arguably a mistake" because of his connections with rivals Newcastle. Bruce, who supported the Magpies as a youngster, was sacked by Sunderland in November 2011 after two years in charge at the Stadium of Light. Having guided Hull to the Premier League, he faces his former club for the first time on Saturday. "Looking back on it, going there was arguably a mistake," Bruce said. "Being where I'm from, being a Newcastle fan as a boy, some would never forgive that." Bruce joined the Black Cats from Wigan in the summer of 2009 and, after finishing 13th in his first season, Sunderland finished 10th in 2011. But, after a difficult start, he was sacked three months into the following campaign. Bruce, who took over as Hull manager in the summer of 2012, added: "I was desperately disappointed after finishing tenth I thought I might have got a bit more time." "It didn't happen and you move on and thankfully Hull gave me the opportunity to get back to work again." "When you get sacked you want to come back out fighting and show people what you're about."
. Plus everyone was doing his daughter ... Another bitter and twisted mag **** he is,....come on Steve, give us a song.
I've put both managers comments in the OP of the match thread lads, compare them and see the Gulf in class.
Not really, he should look a bit closer to home and teach his daughter some self respect. Bet she's already been through half the Hull squad... Including her brother!
It was his ready made excuse, as if he isn't an expert at making them up "Being where I'm from, being a Newcastle fan as a boy, some would never forgive that." No you fat ****er, we forgave you but you would never let it lie and never will you bitter sack of ****.
I was laughing at the Hull supporters, on here, over the last few days. They were saying how Bruce had forgotten all about it, how he's been dignified this week and not going on about being sacked by Sunderland. I thought, 'yeah lads, just give it time, it's the most inevitable thing that will happen this week' .............
Of course, he just said it all unprompted. It couldn't possibly be him politely answering questions asked by lazy journo's now could it. Up to now, he's shown no interest in discussing Sunderland. It's hardly a coincidence someone asks him now we're due to play you.
****ing hell, are you going to repeat same post on every thread? Smug has already posted the perfect answer to such questions.
If you lot can't manage to keep your conversations to one thread, what option is there? It's like being in a nursery on here.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/premier-league/table I've linked the league table there, compare both teams and see the gulf in class.
