Nines, do you mean 'which player has had the best loan spell at QPR?', or 'who was the best player to ever play on loan at QPR?'
There was a young lad from Arsenal a few years back..Simpson i think? he was quality Although its hard to see past townsend & Walker isn it. Best player to ever grace our pitch is easier...Lionel Messi for me !
Forgot about Townsend and Walker. Good call. Routledge did an excellent job for us when he came on loan in January of our promotion season.
Don't be daft plonkers It has to be Taarabt the boy came in and revolutionised our football club and was brilliant from day one Yes Walker Yes Townsend No need to be clever here as No other player comes close to what that boy did for our club No one Any other comment re someone else bring it on ...
Nope - What I'm talking about is where you get someone in for 3/4 games in the good old fashioned way and you get a glimpse of how crap or good they were, nothing more nothing less. These ne fangled Season long loans is not what we're talking about. Therefore - Mikkel Beck, and sorry I dont know how to upload pics must win due to having the most fantastic hair!!! He played 4 games for us at the back end of a Season in Champ under Holloway, think it must have been the 1stone back.
I remember but 4 good games and a haircut .. Come on under these parameters then it's Townsend by miles
Arthur Sixpence. Goalkeeper loaned from Wanstead Flats Regulars 1902-3 season. Loan fee two tins of dubbin. Emergency loan after our permanent goalkeepers were arrested, suspected of involvement in smuggling raw wool to the Low Countries. Arthur was outstanding in our narrow (8-0) loss to Chipping Campden Officers. Happy days.
