    how many English managers have been praised <whistle>

    only messing, just sounds to me like one Scottish manager bigging up another, they seem to do that a lot, although saying that even though it would never happen with Fergie being scottish but i would loved to have seen him manage England, if for just the fecking laughs it would bring, he could handle the egos better than a lot seem to do, and maybe watching England play would have been more enjoyable, not sure Gerrard would have been made captain though with him being over rated, so maybe not <whistle>

    On a par with Brian Clough with what he contributed to LFC.

    I'm not, i was being serious, if you read the book ( which i highly doubt you will ) you can see Fergie has respect for Stein and your club as well.
