    I'm delighted for Pardew that he's getting knighted, if ever a man deserves recognition from the queen it's Alan.
    As a club we should be incredibly proud to have a manager that's been knighted and had his beatification to sainthood fast tracked by the pope.

    Arise Sir Saint Alan Pardew.....<applause>

    What manager in there right mind would want to replace Alan with our current owner and chairman. We would have so many managers jumping to come to the club if it wasn't for them. They're utterly ****.

    Pardew is here to stay I think :(

    Aye think Big Sam x 2. Sorry but win or lose football is about entertainment as a supporter. I'd rather watch proper football mid table in league 2 than below mid table in the PL long ball ****e. The club has certain ethos which should be adhered to. I remember loads of lifelong supporters just jacking in when Sam came here. It was soul destroying watching 60 yard bombs launched to Owen and Martins. At least it did provide that Nicky Butt retort to him which is one of the best I've ever heard.

    Honestly lads, the prospect of what would be waiting in the wings to take over should Pardew go is more frightening to me than the prospect of him staying.

    I think we have played some nice football this season but lack a cutting edge. Unfortunately Cisse may be better placed as a baker than footballer. Cardiff for instance was full of movement and creativity.

    Pulis will take you to a whole new level of football. About 60ft skyward.

    Can you verify if that enormous rose ar$e tattoo is real? Looked about the worst body art I've ever seen. And I pretty much hate all forms of it.

    It's better football, but at the moment when we're bad we're ****ing woeful. But when we're playing well, we actually look like a strong side. Sometime and more worryingly though, we just look managerless and it's the players skill level that is lifting us.

    Manager performance has been up and down like the team. We have nothing up the middle up front though. Shola is our best option, nothing else needs said really.

    At least with Pulis our manager performance will always be up. Really high up in the sky. I could honestly see Mike appointing this clown. You will definitely see a mass drop in attendance if it happens.
