He's impressing a lot at Almeria, with one respected journalist (Sid Lowe) describing his impact as 'everything positive for Almeria is coming from Suso'. Once he comes back, I expect him to play as AM or on the wing.
He's easily been one of their best players so far, which is a good and a bad thing. I still feel he could have done alot better than Almeria. He could of walked into a side like Espanyol, Malaga or even Valencia. Shame he had to join the Worst side in the Spanish 1st division. Im sure he would've liked with more talented players around him, and not be the guy to always take the initiative and carry the team forward. I did watch some of their games and they looked appalling. They have decent stiker called Rodri, on loan from Barca B, apart from him, there's not much in that squad.

Cheers mate. His best game in a red shirt, still needs to add that killer pass to his game but apart from that he did everything right yesterday and was absolutely vital in controlling the game in our favour.
you can see that their players are looking to him for every ball ad he's just kicking it into space on some occasions they are just so focused on what he'll do. nice for the lad but when he comes back he won't have that.
good performance but not outstanding. why? passing was safe and he fluffed his lines in attack. He can improve on that. thats why i back him. could have put two on target and i do agree his "killer pass" was pretty poor actually. link up play, genral passing good but when it came to giving the right bacll at the right pace to the right man he let himself down. great energy and closing down though. we will need that v arsenal. he's got to get those efforts on goal and get his pass to feet not 10 yards away form the attacker cos the chance is then gone.
That side of his game was never in doubt. Its his defensive responsibilities and mental attitude that need improving.
good display but given way too much time by west brom on the ball. never put a pass astray as a result. arsenal won't give him this time. In short I'd say he loved that game, it was easy for him. again can step it up and perform like this at a higher level so arsenal will be interesting. A perfect zone 3 display as it were. If i were arsenal my instructions would be to close this guy down no one priority as if you do that it'll be back to keeper or skertl will be the one looking for the pass.
mentally maybe but i think he did an awful lot of good work the year before his debut on the defnesive side. I think he needs a set role as he's the type who'd want one of the two roles behind sturridge and frankly that's suarez and coutinho.... however that said right now i'd rather him than moses and borini is also out of the picture. When he comes back he could make an impact in that role. In short it'll be gerrard finding him not him finding suarez or coutinho with the ball.
