Seriously, why is such a big deal being made of friendlies?
Who really gives a ****, as long as the players come through unscathed they mean nothing.


It's been quoted in every paper so I assumed it's actually been said but Brendan Rogers has got some neck saying Arsenal lack class in wanting Suarez.

Do you not recall going back to Swansea to get Joe Allen when you said you wouldn't you bloody hypocrite? Best belt up son, you are no better than anyone else and a good deal worse than many.


And before anyone jumps on me, yes United are as bad in trying to get Fabregas and whoever. All are the same.

 

I did say in my post that it wont matter if you win the first game, I agree they mean nothing and the fact that we've won all of ours will not matter if we lose that first game.

As far as all this transfer wrangling goes, I couldn't care less if we get the players we want and sell the ones that we don't then great but I tend to wait until it's official.

No they were sound. One guy I spoke to worked in geniology at MIT. One guy was a tobacco picker and one was a proper red neck, missing front tooth, denim jacket with the arms ripped off and a American flag on the back.

I see big mouth Brendan is being forced to backtrack over Suarez, first he stated Suarez had to make an apology if he was ever to play for Lfc again , now he just has to show a bit of commitment.
With Suarez antics and Brendans gob we could be in for a fun season.

 

And to top it all off, West Ham have reunited the dream team of Carroll and Downing, albeit for a 60% discount. I will literally piss myself laughing if Carroll scores 15+ goals this season, most of them from Downing crosses

I'm enjoying seeing the hope flowing throughout Liverpool fans right now. Its been quite some time since they were so bullish and confident.
