    Gervinho isnt gonna go Newcastle.. He said he wants to leave for a club challenging and he wants to play in big matches in the league and champs league... so hes not going to leave Lille (who i think are in the champions league this season) for NUFC who are mid-table (no offence)

    I have to say, I will be amazed if he comes to Newcastle now. Everything which has been said by the media, his agent and the player himself indicates that we're the least likely outcome. If he did come, it would be a complete twist and unexpected by basically everyone outside our club.

    But hey, stranger things have happened. He has Tiote and Cabaye here along with a tasty wage packet and guaranteed first team football.
