Ford Focus C-Max (this isn't the actual one but is basically identical) Renault Scenic From that, you will see what I mean about the Scenic being all singing and all dancing
Just had a look and the only ones in my price range (although a little high) have done between 130k and 160k miles #toomuch
84k isn't that bad in fact that's less than what you would expect for that year of car. As tempting as the shinier Renault is, I'd still go for the Ford.
True, just driving to a "local" game can be about 30 miles one way! Cinci is a pretty big and spread city as well.
would not buy either. Get a Mondeo estate. Packs of room 50plus mph for a 2 ltr diesel. Cheap to maintain and loads of second hand ex company ones available. May have a higher mileage but being lease cars have always had main dealer servicing and when due as the penalties for missing a service are extreme.
It isn't, if it was a petrol it'd be more concerning, but it still isn't great even if it is a diesel.
The two cars I have pointed out are around the £125 tax a year mark and do 65mpg (long run) and 45mpg (short run). They are both cheap insurance too. I am not thinking about power or "boy racer" type approach #familyman #familycar #economical
Well, whilst I've been looking, that C-Max I posted a link for as been sold However, there were two of them (identical bar 04 - 54 plate) but the other hasn't got pictures online. It is closer to me though (6miles away rather than 11)
Not for most diesel cars mate. 130-150k is just about run in, my pal runs a taxi firm and all he has is Mondeo's 2.0 Zetec TDCI's and some have done 400K miles and still going strong. All are plated between 02-07.
