Hull supporters won't be so confident now and hopefully neither will their players. I'm actually pleased we're not playing midweek now.
I'm not sure whather that is a good thing - their players, prior to us playing yesterday, may have been a little complacent - they will now know that they may have their work cut out. Just hope for a good performance - a win will have us in touching distance of 17th spot - and it is much needed when you look at the fixtures we have coming up.
Massive game. If we can pick up points here our horrible start doesn't look half as bad. If we're going to stay up we need to put a few mini runs of strong form together.
Confidence is huge in football ......... I'm sure we were all a bit shocked at how much the players cared on Sunday. Gives you hope and, as I mentioned before the game we're now 3 or 4 points from safety with most of the season to catch up. We have a 'new' signing in Borini, Ki available and Brown hopefully coming back into consideration. Thing is though ........ do we want to beat Southampton?!?!?!??!
****ing hate Hull so let's smash the ****s. If we beat Hull then we right back in the mix. teams like Norwich, Newcastle, Fulham & maybe Stoke will get beat on saturday.
The last time they were up, and started off well, they were lecturing us on how to run a debt free club Their team is obviously punching above it's weight judging by the side they put out against Spurs ........ McShane, Elmo, Metley etc.
LOL They are a right bunch of mugs like. hopefully we beat them on saturday & they will go on bad run like last time they was in the prem.
Why do you hate us so much? And we had to play an under strength team- we've had a lot of injuries recently. Nobody down here expects anything other than a tough match.
No offence but the last time Hull were in the Premier League we had quite a few coming on telling us where we were going wrong. There were some ridiculous boasts about how Hull were debt free and run much better than Sunderland. When Hull were relegated and found to owe millions they were never seen again. Hull supporters also announced to everyone that their support, home and away, was incredible etc etc etc.
Don't remember it, to be honest. Was it on the old BBC messageboard? But i don't think we were in any shape to troll anybodys boards. So they'd have been in the minority. I'm not fussed if you do hate us, i just think it's quite comical. Despite the injuries we've done quite well and competed against the likes of Everton and Spurs. Tough match to call this weekend. Bruce doesn't give a toss about the League Cup, so he'll rest his players he has left. I reckon 1-0 City.
I was on there board before the start of the season & some hull fans was saying they are bigger than us pal LOL ****ing idiots.
Probably because we get a constant stream of your lot wumming. Wonder if there's any reason why you have the same Avatar as our resident pillock from the Newcastle board? Best be a coincidence.
