I think you'll find a lot of people thought he looked good after pre-season and Chelsea. I thought he was class at Chelsea personally. The fact nobody mentioned him for a while came down to the fact he decided to get banned for 3 games. Graham has been good. But that doesn't mean Sagbo hasn't been good...
I presume you are joking. Either that or you have an abysmal memory (even worse than mine Sagbo had a lot of advocates on here, including myself, based on his brief appearances. In contrast support for Graham was of the hopeful " eventually he'll come good" type despite his inability to convert glaring chances. My own view, particularly in view of Sagbo's form over the past two games, where he was in many posters MOM candidates yesterday and scored a great goal at Everton, is that Graham will be sent back to Sunderland in January and with his injury we may already have seen the last of him. I expect Long to be signed in January which with Sagbo/Gedo will give us a goal scoring strike force.
Sagbo was decent on Sunday, Graham has been very good if you ask me. And we were picking up points with him in the team.
I think sagbo has looked great so far! I think graham ha looked good to but with a lone striker leading the line, he needs to be scoring. It was only 2 seasons ago he got double figures in the pl for Swansea so I personally think when he gets one and his confidence comes back to him we will see a different side of him in front of goal(I hope!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
His confidence should have returned after his cracking offside goal against Citeh, he took that brilliantly.
Swanny reckons SB will rest Sagbo tomorrow, to save him for the Sunlan game.... http://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/story-19996986-detail/story.html?
But, now Saggy is out of the starting blocks, might it not be better to let him get up to full speed?
We should do nothing midweek that could threaten Saturday's plans. And that includes Sagbo. Leave out Davies, Figueroa, Huddlestone, Brady, Aluko and Sagbo, and perhaps one of Rosey/Elmo.
Fryatt's loan with Sheffield Wednesday has just been extended. Good news as it suggests Bruce is confident Gedo, Prozzie and McLean are all fit enough. Should see McClean gone in Jan.
I don't think Bruce has definitely let Fryatt go back yet - there's a chance he could play tomorrow and then go back to Wednesday after that.
Ah yes - I see I was a few minutes behind the times. I wonder if that means Gedo is actually ready for action midweek???
