that we have alot more members coming onto not606 since the demise off bbc606. i am sure you will all agree that this is a great site to be in and that hopefully it will get stronger. well done everyone concerned
I had a trek over there to see what the fuss was about, do they not have procedures to stop wumming and idiotic posts? their forums are almost as bad as our General Chat forum (which I avoid like the plague)
I think this site is actually better than bbc606 because the topic's stay alive unlike bbc606 when the topic's would just get shoved down the order and forgotten about half way through. Less wum's too thank god.
I hated that about BBC606, You'd get in to a decent debate and it wuld just die after 2 days That and multiple articles on the same subject

This forum is much better than 606, layout was horrible, discussions rarely got discussed, and the amount of WUM's was pretty annoying. I never really posted on there, just read articles, this forum was too good to turn down. JA606 is like what it says on the tin, a carbon copy of BBC's 606, including all of the above..
They do but there are only two admin mods who insist on doing the modding by themselves and by the book. Which means you get the same backlog as old 606 and wums like wakkalfc get away with it because 'technically' they're not breaking rules. Ja will fail because the old 606 was essentially flawed too and the users there are just so obsessed with the fact it looks the same and, apparently, isn't full of wums ad kids like not606...
I won't be going back on GC after yesterday. The thread title 'Rape... The moral dilema' was an awful thread and i tried to explain how pathetic is was but i ended up losing my rep and my cool. F them.
Unfortunately GC was what turned most users away from the forum. It's a shame really as it lets the site down and tars every board with the same brush. God knows why people on general chat are subscribed to a sports' forum when they never talk about sport for the most part :/
Although this forum is better for all things football, the other sports have been affected as there isn't as much action on other sports ie. rugby. But long live the not606 Liverpool FC forum!
On this forums GC they do talk about everything except football...except if there is a game on.The rest of the time they talk to each other about playing on-line Fifa 2011 and swear at each other.
I dont understand why its even on here, maybe because the owner of the site spends all his time there laughing about rape. If i was in charge the site would be about SPORT which is what its meant to be about.
Micks a top bloke. I think it's on here as a way of keeping all of the fire in one place. If we have all the mess in one corner of the website then the rest of the website should stay reasonably tidy. Wakka is still a member here as he technically doesn't break the rules and I find his posts quite humourous. On saying this I have had calls for him to be banned so he's on very thin ice at the moment
Who's ****ka? I haven't noticed any posts. I've seen some sewage type guff as I scroll by. Could that be what I'm ignoring? I stopped going to GC a long time ago. It was more like an Orange Walk than a forum.
