I was sitting in south east corner right near them and I can honestly say apart from one very quiet rendering of geordies I never heard them at all. Did anyone else hear anything from then or did they just sit in silence all the way through the game.
I heard quite a bit of singing from them - one of the stupidest songs in the game is the "your towns a ****hole I wanna go home" and I never understand people singing it - If I go to an away game I never want to leav early - I may think the place is a ****hole but I don't sing that I want to go home because I want to stay and enjoy the atmosphere. We need to get a song put together which basically replies to that saying "we don't want you here, so please feel free to **** off home!!"
Are you sure of where you were sitting? You couldn't get any further away from them in the SOL, than the SE corner.
I was near the south east corner, near the back and even when they've scored I've heard louder from visiting supporters with half the allocation. I always get my seats in the horseshoe of the south strand and in comparison to some teams they were poor.
I sit in the east stand towards the north, I could hear them but only when we went quiet, there was no chance of hearing them for most of the game.
Nobody was singing a word... all far too frightened to make a noise... Some of you 'men' really need to get a hobby or something!
I think football/following Sunderland is there hobby. That'd certainly explain why they post on a Sunderland forum. Why you're posting is a little less clear.
If we're talking grammar... You should probably use quotation marks instead of apostrophes, shouldn't you? Daft twat.
Your heroes were virtually silent until you scored. Then without the slightest concept of irony, one of the first songs was, "Your support is ****ing ****."
I sit about 20 yards away from the away fans in the north west upper. They were ok but not great. I think Fletchers early goal sucked the wind out of there sails
He's one of your own, you ****ing loon, on a mission to disrupt the peace and tranquility of the victors once again.
Yeah, they livened up when it went 1-1 but other than that they were very quiet in comparison to the Man U and Liverpool fans
