It's a storm that's all. Anyone who has lived in the Caribbean for any time will have experienced a Tropical Wave and this will be similar. Far less frightening than a hurricane (though I've never been in the middle of a hurricane)
I previously lived with my brother for eighteen months. For one of the Christmas', I did the "essential shopping" (around the 22nd/23rd) because of the shops shutting for the festive period. He asked me to get him three crates of Fosters and a couple of litre bottles of spirits. I bought four crates for myself too. Come Christmas day, it had all gone PS...my mate was with me and he bought two crates too, must have looked like right alcoholics
When I was a kid (about six) I was in a hurricane in Spain. My parents and brother ran inside thinking I was following, however I'd gone into it to fetch my beach bowls Looking back, I was in some serious danger. I saw a buggy rolling (and I don't mean on its wheels) down the beach with a baby in it and the mother running after it whilst screaming!
Our mates used to come round a lot so we didn't drink it all ourselves. Probably five or six of us although they always brought some beer with them too.
I loved that Christmas, ****ing hammered 24-7 Well, apart from actual Christmas day when it was my turn to drive. That was awful! Shouldn't have been driving either as I was up drinking the night before and only went at about 3am. Drove around 9am I lived at my bros for eighteen months. I wouldn't swap the first twelve months of that for the world. The last six months weren't great though as we started getting on each others nerves, one of us was always on it which inevitably meant we'd both get blotto! Plus we both met our current partners around that time so calmed a little. Didn't help that we had a fall out that ended in fisty-cuffs too
Buying an xbox from work £420 from work, with my 10% discount I'll get it for just under £380, then I'll stick it on eBay for roughly £500
