Do you think Schiano would have made a better call?

 

Roethlisberger is just poor all around this season. Bit of a revival the last two weeks but so many sacks, poor throws and slow as hell running the football. Start packing Ben.

 

He's just had a bad day. The offensive line is a joke though, no protection at all

 

He has just been slow all around, in his decision making, his running or his movement in the pocket. If the Steelers end the season 3-13 or 4-12, do you think they can live with two seasons without play-off football?

 

Oh Suisham, can't even kick a decent on-side kick today. He lost them the game today. It's not coming together at all today for the Steelers.

 

The organisation will,some of the more fickle fans won't. From my viewpoint, finishing 4-12 will give us a good draft pick, we need to sort the O-line out, i know we've drafted a few players for those positions over the past couple of years, but they've either crumbled mentally, not lived up to their billing, or are always injured.

Sort out the O-line, get a defensive back, maybe a running back (still not sold on Bell), and we should be good to go.

 

Fair enough, but can you do that with one or two seasons? I think well be seeing a lot of the older QB maybe rotating or retiring. Eli Manning, Brady and Roethlisberger are on my list.

Cove, you can't think they're getting rid of Roethlisberger, come on. Any time you include "gets sacked a lot" on a list of why a QB should be dropped throws the whole thing out.

 

Maybe he wants to take the sacks because he's a great QB?
