With the huge games we have coming up, I think it's vital that we rest all our key players. So the likes of Mert,Giroud,Ramsey and Ozil should not even be in the squad. But this game could also be good for the likes of Cazorla,Rosicky,Vermaelen and Wilshere, who all need game time to find their best form.
Think this is how Chelsea will line up -------------Schwarzer-------------- Azpil-------Luiz----Omeruo-----Bertrand ------------Essien----Mikel------------- De bruyne--------Mata-----------Willian -------------------Ba---------------------
i doubt cazorla will play twice in a week so soon after returning from injury. more likely miyaichi or some other youngster. maybe eisfeld?
He did not play the full game, and he does look short of match fitness, so needs games to get back to his best. I can see Wenger playing him.
How many of those do you think are pissed off enough (with lack of game time) that they'd join a rival come january? Our '2nd team' is quite pathetic compared to Chelsea and City.
We are missing Podolski,AOC and Walcott. Add those three to our second team, and it won't look quite as pathetic. Chelsea only have that Van Ginkel out with a long term injury.
