think Torres has been brilliant, miss aside. Hart was quick to react when rushing out so Torres was put off by that, bad miss but if he waits any longer Hart gets it. I think he should've laid it off to Lamps.

We've been fantastic by the way, but defence looks a tad weary.

 

Very reminiscent that of Fowler's 1st goal against United at OT in '95. Cantona's first game back after his ban?

The turn when he hit the bar was excellent. He's had quite a few woodworks and brilliant saves. Deserved that winner. Even battling for the ball whilst on the ground. You can only give it your all and hope the rest comes. It paid off today.

 

People more or less saying City deserved that, I must have been viewing a different game because I thought Aguero's goal aside we were quality.

 

A draw might have been ok but there is no way they deserved a win. One good shot, Cech wtf, doesn't deserve a win.

 

A little shout for Mikel too who took the game away from them. Willian too put in a good cameo.

 

Thought we were the better team over the 90 minutes.

Impressive stuff. Oscar and Schurrle were great, Hazard is warming up again, hopefully he'll hit form in our winter games. Torres was fantastic. Very happy with that display.

Really enjoyed that game, it was even better than I expected. Torres couldn't have worked any harder if he'd had a rocket up his backside. Not sure what's going on with Hazard though he seems to be slipping down as other's improve, and boy does he get shoved around a lot.

Perhaps Jose is saving Mata for Arsenal as a lot of legs will need refreshing by then.
It's good to have so much choice as I think in seasons gone by we had to sacrifice one thing for another ie league position this time around it should be very different .
