Where did you get your information that Suarez turned us down from? I'm not sure your maths is quite right about Henderson and Carroll for less than Torres but I'd definitely rather the latter and so would you if he hadn't asked to leave.

Carroll was 35 million and Henderson 13-16 million plus Ngog.it works out the same. No, I wouldn't. Torres is one major drain on moral, he didn't want to play for us and it affected his play and the team. The Suarez thing came from Redknapp in an interview I think. Seem to remember him saying they were trying to sign him in January.

except for the fact players like Suarez turn you down.

You might like to think that, but Harry turned him down, thought he'd made a mistake, but as my earlier vid proves, not too bothered now. <ok>

Lennon, Dawson, Huddlestone were all value for money and while english players are generally over priced, it doesn't warrant paying crazy prices for average players with potential, such as carroll and henderson.

The only time I suggest making such moves, is when you see a player like Rooney come through the ranks who you know is a dead cert to be a great player.

To sum up Liverpool under Dalglish, you have spent 55 million on an average strike force and now 20 million on a player that has had half a decent season and isn't going to be a great player.

Fetch your specs and take some ginseng for your memory.....Redknapp said his scouts told him Suarez wouldn't be a good signing as he would struggle to play upfront on his own, as harry is looking for someone to play with VDV upfront.

Arry, as he does, made a joke of it as he watched Suarez play upfront on his own and perform yet I don't believe he is the type of player we want for our system.

Liverpool fans talk about having two really poor seasons, while we have had two really good seasons and we've finished ahead of them by not too great a margin.

Firstly, I'd argue that 4 points is not as small as people are making out. That's us getting a win and a draw where you got 2 losses.

Also, it's as if these two seasons are just blips. That's 76 matches. As if Liverpool rightly belong near the top of the Premier league, when in reality, their squad is not up to scratch. Even after the apparent King Kenny revolution happened, we beat you 2-0 and you lost the last game of your season then against Villa. And we're the ones that are delusional about our strength apparently!?

Over the course of 76 Premier League matches, Spurs have bettered Liverpool. 76 matches is not a blip. And if you want to talk about next season, I'm sure Liverpool will have a much better performance and will definitely develop as a team. So will Spurs though and I'll be delighted to say I told you so next season.

It's not Kenny that's in charge of negotiations - it's our good friend Damien Comolli.

Still, at least he isn't spunking our money up the wall...
