"We looked like the away team, we played in a difficult atmosphere with almost no support. We have a wonderful set of fans but they can do better. Away from home we play with no fear and we need that atmosphere at White Hart Lane.

"We don't need the negativity that was in White Hart Lane today."

Not really what you want to hear from your manager surely? You need to get the fans onside!

Whilst I agree with you, maybe he has a point? We wouldn't be too happy if we'd played **** yesterday, won by a dodgy penalty and the atmosphere and Anfield was ****.

However I do agree with you.

I can't say much as I watched the Chelsea game, but if your fans pay good money to see your team play and you implement dull tactics at home against a newly promoted side, the crowd is going to get anxious, naturally.

Chelsea can win even when they don't deserve it and City is currently the best team. So it makes sense to expect the title winners to be the ones to finish above those two.

On paper they are probably the strongest squads but I disagree that Man City are the best team.
They are not current champions nor are they top of the league, they are 6pts. off the pace. <ok>

Oh and Swansea drew at home to West Ham, 0-0. The curse of having the Europa on a Thursday..

City are insanely good at home. Probably won't lose at home all season and same for Chelsea. Both can be got at away from home though. Definitely the sides to beat IMO.

What result is everyone looking for in this game from Arsenal before they play us? A win and confidence? A loss and then they have to bounce back? Extra time obviously.

Play a strong team, hopefully that'll tire them out, especially with playing Dortmund last Tuesday and playing the weekend just gone. Either an entertaining draw or unconvincing win for Arsenal.

Anyone watching the Chavski Arse game?

Can't believe Essien is getting paid upwards of 70k a week to do what he's doing right now. He walks around, never in space, ball goes past him and he's too slow to get back behind the ball and he contributes nothing to attack. Think he's touched it 5 times and just passed it to the side. Wish I got paid that much to do sweet **** all.

    Great goal for Chelsea <laugh>

What is it with defenders/keepers giving them tap ins!

Jenkinson heading the ball back to keeper but unlike Natastic who headed it past Hart, this one wasn't strong enough leaving Chelsea RB with a tap in (although was a very good finish on the volley)
