Does anyone have any news on when the new kit will be released. It was released about this time last year, but does anyone know a confirmed date? Also, does anyone else want Puncheon to stay. I think he is a class act, and has showed he is capable in the championship (on loan with Millwall) and Prem (On Loan with Blackpool) Back to Back Promotions? Why Not!
They are going to wear the new kit at the Markus Liebherr memorial cup Saturday 23rd July ...... We will probably see it for the first time before that As for Puncheon he can f*** off
puncheon is undoubtedly talented, but it is his attitude that is the problem. adkins doesn't consider him as part of the team really and i think both parties would be happy with a move. also i'd rather play oxo anyway
He's never proven his worth at a club for more than a few months...... He'll do alright to begin with but then goes off the boil, like with us.....and he only went to Millwall and Blackpool for short periods
Well he scored for a relegated prem team on more than one occasion which is an achievement due to their lack of chances.
Blackpools problem wasnt scoring goals, they bagged 55 last season, Everton who finished 7th only got 51, So Puncheon actually scored for a team that created plenty of opportunities but couldnt defend.
Puncheon can go. He can go anywhere for all i care and i will drive him there myself, his attitude towards the club is disrispectful i think.
puncheon won't accept being backup. he'll sulk and be disruptive. therefore sell him for a profit and buy other players with the money
I'm guessing the new strip needs to be ready for our first pre-season game? Last year this was mid July. Could be the same again this year - 12 July during a pre-season tour of Switzerland?
Puncheon could have been such a good player for us, but he will amount to very little because of his attitude. He will be an OK sort of player with an amazing list of former clubs by the time he retires. It's a shame because a bit of humility and hard work and he could be so much better.
IIt is common sense that there will be n news until after the beginning of July! Players and management go on holiday until pre-season begins Don't expect anything major in the coming weeks...
well the kit for saints was released around the time england had their first world cup game - 11th of june, so maybe next week??
Get rid of Puncheon. However, don't want to see the club just sell him for penny's. Think we spent £750,000 on him, so you'd want that at least considering he did OK in the premiership by all accounts.
