...he'll leave in December. Hardly a surprise, he was hung out to dry over the name change. It's a shame, he was doing a good job. http://www.hullcityafc.net/news/article/201314-club-statement-nick-thompson-1135079.aspx
Do you know I was just thinking this morning it's a while since we heard anything from him and wondered if he was leaving. Yet another Allam casualty. Presumably Happy Tiger will now insist he was a **** all along and this is another masterstroke by the owner.
Maybe he just had a health scare and decided to spend more time with his family. Or do you know something we don't?
As per the OP, I'd be amazed if it was nothing to do with the shoddy treatment of him back in August regarding the name change.
I think I actually feel sorry for the guy and I didn't expect to , he did a good job in representing the fans in the WYP Huddersfield fiasco
Vice Chairman Ehab Allam added: “Nick will continue his excellent work at the club until the end of the year and will assist the board in recruiting an equally capable replacement.” Do we interpret this as: "More pliable yes-man"?
So in your case you know nothing but are just putting your own interpretation on what you've read. Which is why I was asking PLT if he knew anything, to get an objective view.
No future employer would want a blabbermouth who squeals about a former employer. It's illuminating how unworldly some of the posters on this thread are.
you can read about it in his autobiography... when he gets round to it. Wonder if NB will get his side out, when he writes his.
