Sorry it took so long to confirm. A Toga is right - an item of clothing normally for men and forbidden for other women - it was standard wear for prostitutes but often in brighter colours than the normal red. They were also, at on time, required to either dye their hair blonde or use a blonde wig - a rule which lasted up to their first contacts with northern European women (naturally blonde), which in turn led to other women than prostitutes dying their hair.
