My final say on this. The timeline is bullshit, to wait for 3/4 of an hour before calling the police is the only fact. All the rest of the timings are supplied by people on the piss who left their ****ing children alone in a foreign country. I go back and find my three year old toddler who I left alone for hours, is missing from her bed in an unlocked room and my first thought is........ "Oh my God she's been kidnapped!" No it ****ing isn't its............. "Oh **** I was out on the piss enjoying myself and my bairn has wandered off!" They left three children under three alone and the Portuguese policeman's view fits every criteria of what actually happened. If you watch that Portuguese documentary it pretty much says what I have from the start. They used Calpol to sedate the children and either Maddy has choked in her sleep or she has awoken TO ONCE AGAIN FIND HERSELF ALONE AND SCARED, tried to look out of the window for Mummy by climbing on the sofa back and fell over the back banging her head on the way down, like the documentary hints at and sadly died. The rest is all the McCanns doing, covering their CHILD NEGLECT! As for why they are dragging it on. Once you tell a lie, to stop that lie coming back to bite you, you have to reinforce that lie. Oh and money plain and simple, you think they aren't getting paid to travel back and forth and make TV appearances. If they hadn't done a runner from Portugal, would the bleeding hearts still be dragging it on with free the McCanns campaigns? Everything, apart from what I have seen as a very decent job done by the Portuguese police, stinks to high Heaven with this couple and their friends. I don't believe the McCanns sold their child or murdered her. I believe their neglect let to the child dying and for that they should be punished.
They sat around chatting for what amounts to the entire half of a football match, i.e. a ****ing long time, before ringing the police despite saying immediately saying she'd been kidnapped. Then they spend SIX MILLION POUNDS on ****ers like, PR Spokesman, Clarence Mitchell while offering the price of a half decent BMW saloon as a reward. Great parents those McCanns, 'let's give the kidnapper 3/4 hour start before we ring the polis, it's only fair.'

Negligible IMO. <<<<< Guessing. She goes back finds Maddy dead behind the sofa. Sits holding her for awhile knowing she is at fault. Lays her down then goes back to the bar and tells Gerry and says we are in big trouble Gerry, he then goes back hides the body. (The wardrobe?) Goes back and tells her to go back in awhile and claim someone has took the bairn. He was probably expecting her to scream and shout for them, but she just wanders back to the company and says Maddy has been kidnapped. Far fetched? Maybe so. But the idea of planned kidnappings and strange men planning and watching them for days, then in all this planning instead of having a car to take her in, they had to carry the child in their arms past witnesses. Is just preposterous.
