That's not all it was man.

It was a direct attack on the force of law and order ....... how the **** do you think courts will look on that kind of behaviour?

Besides, as you say, he was part of a very ugly mob <laugh>

I'd have doubled the sentence for insulting the court by saying he'd wrapped the scarf around his face because his filling had dropped out <doh>

Do you believe that or do you believe it was part of a premeditated attack on the police?

Maybe I'm an idealist and would like to think they look at any attack on a person's rights the same, whether they're a member of the forces or not <laugh> As Grandpops said earlier in the thread, I think this guy's punishment is about right, it's all the other ones that are too little that make it not sit right with me.

Really? <confused> I was only stating the fact that it's more severe than just punching a horse because by law the horse is classed as a police officer. You can't assault a police officer and expect to not get time. You clearly had no comprehension of this so why don't you show a bit of class and view it as something learnt instead of spiteing an animal like sulky child when does not/can not understand your petty horse grudge?

Bit of advice: Bout time you slopped off to your own board because you're making yourself look a proper idiot.

They're not, they don't and we're talking about reality not your idealistic fantasies.

Knock yourself out fella. I'm pretty thick skinned regarding mental health, to the point someone had a go at me a few weeks back for calling Kate Bush a fellow nutter. <ok>:D

He won't admit that mate ...... rather than just admit the fact he'll start throwing is loads of <laugh> and irrelevant ****e.

I thought he was a Mag before this thread, now I'm sure he is.

Obviously that was a very weak defence <laugh> I've not tried to defend this knob in the slightest mate.
Fair enough. I can still think something is wrong though <ok>

    I didn't say you had.

The fact that there's no thread on your own board is proof that he's indefensible.

Nee bother mate. I didn't know the bit about police animals being regarded as officers so that does change things somewhat. In my opinion it's wrong that animals are regarded as equal or even more important than humans but that's by the by. Nowt against horses at all, I just believe that the sentence is unfair when compared to other crimes, nowt to get upset about <laugh>

Clearly, don't see why anyone on the Newcastle board would make a thread on it, you only made one to have a good old laugh at us haha

Because it's big news in Newcastle and will be one of the lead stories on the local TV news tonight.

Much more interesting than most of the ****e on the Newcastle board.

It's also funny that the like of Albert's Chip Shop, who live on the Sunderland board 24/7, have been laughingly absent.

Equally, what a surprise that you think he hasn't? Don't try and play that card cos it works both ways lol. Anyway I accept what you're saying I hadn't considerd that they would take into account all the other circumstances, it's not something I'm keen to get in an argument about <ok>

Neigh amount of ridicule is enough.
