In the Paris Olympics of 1900 Leon de Lunden of Belgium won the gold medal in the only event in Olympic history which involved the deliberate killing of animals, what was the discipline?
Complete guess, but it was not too hard to narrow it down. Ok, Channel 4 has had a massive hit with the Inbetweeners, first on the small screen and then on the big screen. Which real life school location was used as the fictional school in the Inbetweeners and if you are super clever, for a bonus point why was the real school able to accommodate ongoing filming both externally and internally even during term time.
Keeping it close to home again Stringer! I know it's in Ruislip, but not sure which school or the bonus point answer, so maybe someone else can be more specific.
The first couple of series of Teachers were great, they filmed in a real school which was actually being closed down, so a guess is a school in Ruislip which is not being used. I used to have to do swimming lessons in Ruislip leisure centre. Hated it. But saw a great double bill at the cinema there as a youngster- think it was Battle for the Planet of the Apes and Hang 'em High or High Plains Drifter. So my opinion of Ruislip is 50/50.
Yes, you are getting close based on Stroller's initial assessment, but the reason it could be used for filming was not correct, although on the right track.
Irishman - Eoin Morgan This could go on a while, how many nationalities have captained England? (That is only a rhetorical question!)
