    We just need to keep our heads. Be lovely if Cattermole did his normal overheated rountine and got himself sent off. Ben Arfa should not be played like he was against Liverpool. Just put him on the right or left and tell him to tear whoever opposes him a new arsehole.

    I'm convinced we'll win. They are the worst team in the league by a mile, our defence ain't the best but man for man every one of them is better than each one of Sunderland's.

    Quite frankly they're an utter shambles at the moment and anything other than a victory would be a very, very poor result. Not to mention a win for us would all but relegate them too.

    Bookmark it all you like. It's not like I'm shouting about how we're going to win on your board.

    I'm confident ahead of this one. I actually think Pardew has got a bit of drive back about him this season and pretty much from day one Sunderland have been in dissaray. Any unbiased betting man would back Newcastle based on form, strength of squad etc.
