It is an utter disgrace that Ian Holloway has been allowed to walk. Hang your head in shame Steve Parish for letting him go. Palace are going down as they have No Quality. The new manager will have the same issues as before just like Poyet @ Sunderland.

Neil Warnock is the early favourite to return for the bookies

EDIT: Neil Warnock was favourite just a minute ago on Skybet but when I refreshed, Tony Pulis then became favourite

I think all of us would have preferred Holloway to have stayed there, despite needing the mute button every time he appears on TV.

I don't get this. Everyone knew they were **** and it's turned out they're ****. Why does the manager need to resign? If we were bottom would people want Bruce sacked? I ****ing hope not.

Some our turds loved Holloway after he was seen to be the 'inspiration' behind Bpool's promo.

The same turds who rubbished our club and held up that club as being a well run model of economy.<laugh>

I believe the Wurzels are planning a comeback tour and are looking for a manager.

    I wonder......

Too early in the season for Dowie. Most of his appointments have come after Christmas, with bugger all success. Astonishing that any club can become that desperate that they think that Dowie is the answer.

He was funny and different when he was first highlighted. Then he started to believe his own publicity and became a twat!!

I would've loved him to stay to make it easier for us.

I have to admit i am disappointed he went, mainly from a City perspective. I still think they will go down but they where far more likely to go down with Holloway in charge than Pulis or any other manager for that matter.

He was quite lucky to have Zaha and Murray there when he took over, Freedman built a decent squad for him.

Hollowhead will now manage one of the Bristol teams. They will understand his accent and will ensure we have to hear his crap on a regular basis. He is a total dickhead.

There is a job going at Boro... I could see him going there.

we're 8 games in.. whoever palace bring in could save them from relegation.. same for sunderland.. there's so much football to play the table could turn on its head come the end of the season.

we we're sitting pretty a week or 2 ago, mid table. a loss at everton and if we lose at spurs and depending on other results from teams around us, we could be near the bottom.

its too easy to say that sunderland & palace will go down, if they win 1 or 2 games on the bounce they'll be above us.

Ole Gunnar Solskaer would be a good bet for them, assuming he's willing to leave Molde. Maybe Dougie Freedman as a dark horse?
