I have been following this forum for quite a time and at last i have decided to join you city fans I find it a great forum for interest Being a rugby man at heart i have always supported my local side I used to go in the Vigo Jenson, Bill Bradbury era So i have a tad of previous LOL Reckon i will be putting my ten penneth in over the season
Welcome aboard, mate........but you'll have Namechange etc on your case with that 'rugby man' mention!
I've always wondered - just how good was Viggo Jensen? In the 'best player ever to play for the club' discussions, is he worth a mention?
Viggo Jensen, the most exotic name when I was a boy, never saw him play. I also wonder how good he was.
Viggo Jenson joined City as an Amateur and had to stay that way for two years before he could become a proffessional, tho' it was said he was officially employed at H Needlers business so that he could be paid. Viggo was a brillient player in any position( although I don't remember him ever playing in goal) Apart from being an excellent player he was also an excellent man and certainly the fans favourite after Raich Carter.
Adaptability and consistency were the main attributes of Viggo Jensen. I would never class him as one of the best Hull City players but he always gave 100%.
well if your a rugby 'fan' at heart **** off to some stupid forum about the stupid pastime and leave us hull city fans alone
A typical response for someone with no decent argument to counter. Do you say anything other than anti rugby posts?
I mean...trolls are **** to start with, but it's amazing how so many of them aren't even any good at that. You do get a few good ones, and they're quite welcome and funny. But you've got to wonder about people like tigers1970 here, who aren't even capable of the simple task of trolling, i mean how difficult a task is that ? Anyway Norbellini, or Nob as you will known as from here on in. Welcome aboard bud Edit : Capital letters, how backward is a man who doesn't even use them in their user name ?
I really enjoyed the Sarries game last weekend but proper rugby is marginalised round here in favour of the M62 version. Welcome.
