Premier League strugglers Crystal Palace have reportedly decided to part company with manager Ian Holloway.

The club are expected to confirm the news at a press conference, which has been confirmed for 5.30pm today.

Although the Eagles have remained tight-lipped on the reasons behind the press conference in Central London, they have reached an agreement with the 50-year-old to end his tenure at Selhurst Park, according to ITV Sport.

Having taken charge of the team in November 2012, Holloway went on to guide them to promotion to the Premier League via the Championship playoffs last season.

They have failed to pick up regular points so far this term, though, and sit 19th in the Premier League.

Ridiculous! Who do they expect to come in and do any better? They are gonna have to look at league 1 or a championship team with no chance of promotion.

Or pay silly money to.a foreign manager who has a huge ego......Sven?

Could this be so they can move for Pulis before Boro move on him?

Hope so, there will be no characters, or should I say nutters, as managers.

The fact we'll lose nearly a dozen players for nothing is further proof of how badly the club is run.

Our best signing next season should be a ceo who knows something about football and not a criminal lawyer like we have now

I'm not just saying Di Canio as a laugh, I reckon he's the perfect man for the set up at Palace and the supporters would love him.
