" Failing that, Gareth Bale, as my mere existence seems to irritate Showpony greatly."

Changing your hairdo each time to copy what CR7 has, would be a bit of a laugh eh.

Clancy would get it, regardless of the accent.

Crouch is one lucky, lucky man.

Andrea Pirlo, for the reasons WY stated, plus that awesome beard.

Oh, and he's not a bad player either.

    Ralph Coates.

    The wizard of wing play.
Full of Northern Grit , down to earth as if he had stepped out of a " Kitchen sink " classic.
A blend of Albert Finney crossed with The man who fell to earth.
Radical leftfield politics rooted in the angst of the Pennine Pit villages .
It is said he played with a copy of the Life of Castro in his back pocket.
Style and substance in one package .
The Hair that launched a 1000 ships .
    The thinking womens Beckham.
Bobby Charlton said he was the most stylish player he had ever seen.

Pirlo's beard really is one of the sexiest beards in the history of beards.

How many of you are in love with Pirlo then? Feel like I've wandered on to the wrong forum?

More the beard than the man SD, you'll come around to it at some point though don't worry.

My answer to the article...Darren Anderton, spent more time receiving massages than playing football :), made his money, and is spending the next unspecified amount of time travelling the world with no intention of working, let alone working in the game somehow, a firm no to coaching, management and punditry.

I would have said Gazza, but I really don't fancy his liver. :(

    either Henry or Ronaldinho.

Both were legends for there clubs, both scored goals and both always seemed to play with a smile on there face.

I see some footballers and wonder why they do it....they just look miserable.

I'd be Maradona..not only would i be a world class legend. I would take drugs and not give a ****...I would also pull out a shotgun and fire a few at some journalists. You all would probably hate me...
