I think what this story brings up is that all clubs will bang on about History, even if they haven't got anything of note to bang on about.

that's cos it is 31 games. he's made the 48 games up obviously we haven't played anywhere near as many games in europe but how many could we have played in had english football not been booted out? we'll never know. ipswich fans should be grateful that the boot wasn't on the other foot or they'd have missed out on some great nights across europe. you were lucky you had a good side at the right time - others weren't so lucky.

Well, apparently, as Archant are the parent publishing company, who for logistical reasons happen to be based in our fine City, it's all somehow our fault!

What we need to do to placate the bitter Binners is get ITV Anglia, BBC East and Archant all to move to Ipswich, its a big deal to them that the regional media are in Norwich. They also get hissy about Norwich having better shops, restaurants and nightlife. And it doesn't stop there, they make childish remarks about our Cathedrals, Airport and University ( I know they have a mini Uni, but its really an offshoot of UEA and Essex Uni) Now they of all people have the nerve to accuse us of banging on too much about history when its a professional pastime for many of their fans.
