We still got one though and that is the difference this season so far, instead of a loss we are picking up wins or draws. Performances need to improve though and hopefully that will come.
MITO, you're welcome to your opinion but there are times when you talk a complete load of rubbish! Agreed we mucked it up but we did deserve the draw!!!
you are probably right and i am irritated over how many headers and shots we blazed over the bar.... however... i do think that had their lad not pulled suarez back and it was 11 v 11... well that's a different story of what ifs... on the day we scraped a draw. should have won it handy so its annoying. perhaps in a weeks time i might think differently i dunno.
We'll be fine. Coutinho coming back will make a big positive difference. I still don't think we've put the quality of performance in that we're capable of.
I certainly agree with that. moses is a passenger in that role. I fancy a 4-3-3 will be required to get the most out of everyone as well though.
Moses has a lot more to give from the wings - powerful and skillful runner with the ability to launch counter attacks. He's a far better option than Sterling or Ibe.
i would probably agree with this given his premiership experience. from the wing he should give more. as for being on loan? If he's hungry to get a move out of chelsea he'll try a leg. if he's fat and happy we are in trouble with him.
I wasn't saying he was useless, he certainly offers something to the team. What I meant was he isn't part of the long term plans, nor do I think he is the best possible option we could have got in the summer. However, if like Reira, he does the job for us then it will make for a better team (if we play the right system)
No dispute that he can often struggle to get into games, but he is capable of producing match winning moments e.g. Swansea, he picked the ball up, wasn't afraid to run at the defence and scored a goal. Against Palace, he picked up the ball on the right, cut across, kept the ball and played a nice ball to Suarez who eventually scored. He would be a great player to come off the bench or play on the wing. Number 10 is not his position. Please come back Coutinho!!
I'm not a fan of Moses never have been, he's young enough to get better though and I hope proves me wrong but I just think he's an average player and I would hope that we can get a better player than him during the Summer.
I wouldn't say I am a fan but nor would I say I'm not if you understand that? He reminds me a lot of Reira in that he is capable of doing something and can be of benefit to the team shape and balance but he usually picks the wrong option and, for a winger, he doesn't hug the touchline very much (that's not based on the games he's played the No.10 role)
I agree on the longer term. moses is not it. i couldn't believe chelsea bought him and i can see him in the championship or prem struggler in the next 3 years... I hope we buy
