I Thought what you guys thought at first too but if you look again closely, Whilshire flicks it to Giroud to then chips it over the top to Wilshere again

Today we failed to beat a team called Southampton.

However we didnt do quite as badly as the team they faced on September 21st 2013.

Still you have to thank us for Moyes getting the job, had we kept them down below us in the league he would never had been offered the job.

    Enjoying mid table mediocrity.

I thought you were signing Ronaldo, hope you didn't bet your run down tenement on it<yikes>

January is a massive month for him.

The worry is he thinks to much about Europe and doesnt sign players because they might be cup tied.

the other worry is he signs Fellaini, that would be dreadful. Thankfully hes not an idiot.

I actually though Fellaini would be a cracking player for you, it's weird that Moyes is using him as a DM considering he played him just off the striker at Everton. Still, didn't expect him to be a bad as he has been.. Still time of course.

  11. Felliani played DM when he first joined Everton. I think Moyes used him fufrther forward around the same time he tried Cahill, because he had no one else. Man Utd have better attacking options but lacked a batard in the middle. Cue Felliani!

United need one hell of a makeover. Such an awful and average side. no where near as good as their treble-winning era or more recently when they had a front 3 of Ronaldo, Tevez and Rooney (at his peak). I can't see how they can get CL next season, Chelsea, Arsenal, City and Spurs are all far stronger both in squad depth and in their starting XI

Jesus! How good do Arsenal look this year. The Ozil factor is clearly working.

    Even Rosicky looks decent

United's midfield was **** and needed improving (despite the claims that they were the champions so clearly they must be alright).
    Fellaini is overrated.

    United's midfield + Fellaini = still ****.

Carrick does a job, but doesn't do much attacking nor defending. They need real quality in there to actively control the game.

I am, of course, fine with them buying more of the Fellaini quality if they keep slipping <ok>

Hasn't been that impressive first game aside, Holtby has done really well when given a chance so I suppose that's AVB's reasoning.
