Sisu, the one thing that you can truly say about the data (because it's not information) that you have supplied is there is not one verifiable fact there. There are assumptions and there are suggestions but no more. Also the almost total reliance on the blogoshere as a communication strategy cast doubts on the authenticity. Sisu does like a good conspiracy theory. I am sure powerful people have covered up whatever they want to in the past, however the internet allows anyone to put up supposedly true information which is just made up. If there was any solid evidence then the newspapers would be all over it, if not in this country then elsewhere. There would have to be a worldwide conspiracy to keep such things secret. Bear in mind what has come to light from Snowden exposing secrets and Wikileaks it would be very hard to keep such things secret.

As I said powerful people have always covered things up, but like Hillsborough, it always comes out in the end. It would need a worldwide conspiracy to keep things hidden. I do believe that some powerful people were protected in the children's homes scandals, but not the mass of names suggested.
well i sort of see your point, but Hillsborough is only finally coming to an end in my opinion because the families would never give up and pursued justice ie independent panel set up, not all will have the will to do that sadly. look at the lengths that it has taken JUST to get it to where we are at now, how many revues they didn't want to know about and then all of a sudden they are sorry! ****s the lot of them.
Look, the mistake Garlic and others make is that they assess all of this in the context of those people accused of such horrific crimes as having the same moral standards that we do and therefor think "how could this go on unreported" Well, history, of which I am an avid study, shows that these people do not in any way have the same moral compass we have. The unaccountability of their actions leads to awful things as unaccountability almost always does. We do not know the half of it concerning Hillsborough, not even the quarter of what went on, we suspect but will never know, even now after what has come out Bettison is still protected by unknowns.
