We have the players, the skills and the goods.

We are just not a complete unit YET.

For the championship this season we look to be a fair bit adrift of where we need to be to really be challenging at the top week in week out alot of sloppy play in most matches if we are honest.

May be a bit sloppy but no panic. Just stay in the mix and all still OK for more consistency in new year.

Defence shocking , but really it was our second string today. When Cassetti plays it must mean surely that all other players who play in that position are injured!
We were good going forward and great goal by Lewis........

Derby score their fair share of goals as it is.

We really didn't need to gift them two on a plate! (Was 2nd offside)

Attacking wise was ok but maybe we didn't have enough efforts on goal - both FF and McGugan took theirs very nicely.

Certainly missed Anya's pace to get behind a solid defence.

Eustace did a job as expected in midfield although though Murray was very useful after coming on.

I am not sure if it would have made any difference today but we do look worse at the back without Doyley!

Had a bad feeling about this game, and so it proved. At the moment I'm just not convinced by Belkalem, Fabrinni and Cassetti. FF played well as did Murray when he came on. Gutted, because they were not better than us, although they made good use of their extra man.

Also, was it me or did Derby fall over a lot?

Such a frustrating afternoon! Some really good performances, marred by some shocking defensive mistakes and a referee who shouldn't be allowed near a pitch again! Apparently, the second goal was definitely offside (theirs, not ours...ours was a blinder :) ).

I thought Ekstrand and Angella were strong but the back seemed unbalanced somehow. Up front, FF was MoM for me again, and Fabbrini was a joy to watch a lot of the time, and honestly we didn't seem to miss Deeney, it was refreshing not to see the ball hoofed up to him all the time while he's surrounded by 3 defenders! Definitely we missed Anya and we desperately need Abdi back...but somehow this team isn't gelling properly and it's becoming a bit of a problem!

As for Cassetti...it's sad but i think he just doesn't seem to cope this season..though some of his crosses are sublime! Hmm. He probably needs a rest though, he was limping by the end of the game...and why did we not bring Battocchio on?

We did miss Anya and Doyley (not picked I know) - doubt Cassetti would have played and Belkalem is trying to adjust to the game.

Fabbrini might be a bit too lightweight.

Did Derby go over a lot?

Probably but all teams do it sadly.

The only thing playing him on is Belkalem's outstretched foot. It was a shocker from all 3 officials.

Was sitting in the Rookery and couldn't believe how easily Sammon was getting through at the end...

Their diving/simulations were shocking, and so were their negative tactics. At one point there was no one heading towards the corner flag to take their corner, everyone was just standing there wasting time. Hughes fell over so much he should go see a doctor about his balance issues.

I'm not even going to start on the ref...

McGugan's goal was sublime though <applause>
