Di Canio has left us with a total shambles of a team. Even if there's money available, who's going to come here, in January, to join this mess?

The only reason i can think of for Jack been dropped is; Gus said he would play players in the positions they felt was their best. Jack may have not wanted to play left back, hence being dropped.

I would have thought that was obvious. Surely, you can't defend him

How many of the players in todays team did PDC sign?

The players talk the talk but are not walking the walk - they are not as good as they seem to think they are, that point is beyond debate.

The problem is the Bruce and O'neil signings. Excluding fletch.

I would say its Bruces all day long. The likes of O'Shea, Brown, Vaughan, Gardner, Wickham, Ji, Larsson continue to do **** all season after season.

Feel sorry for Lee Cattermole - has never given up. The pick of the outfield players (the full backs were OK as well)

To be honest, I wish Bruce was still in charge now. I can't remember it being this bad under him.

Don't know why I said MoN, though I'm not happy with AJ's form.

Think we're gona have to take a step back, and get relegated, then we can get rid of the sh!te to take 2 steps forward!

Very similar situation to the year Newcastle got relegated, far too much player power and players who thought they were better than they really were.

Fortunately we had Hughton as manager for the Championship year and he at least instilled a bit of respect back into the club with his genuine class, that and we got rid of most of the dead wood.

That goal difference you are building up might prove a problem at the money end of the season.
