Well, after the first 39 minutes, would have taken a draw.. but after getting level and playing 50 minutes against 10 men we should have won the game. Lack of attacking squad depth highlighted yet again, without Coutinho we rely on Suarez to be the only one that can create something out of nothing. Can never have too many creative players

Lads really? We have not played well all season and not because of a system, players have not performed, systems are not the cause of fergetting how to pass and shoot. We made many chances today and could not complain going out 4 2 winners.
Just didn't turn up today. Had enough chances to win but didn't take them and the two goals we conceded were just poor from a defensive point of view, especially the second one.
Probably a fair result all in all. Thought Gerrard and particularly Skrtel was excellent. Need Ford back asap. Back on top,lets see what the rest do.

I don't think it made any difference today. The first goal came from no one closing the player down - in theory have 3 at the centre back should make that better than having 2. The lack of a real DM didn't help that and again formation makes no difference to that. The 2nd goal was from a set piece so again made no difference. Attacking wise we lack creativity - no matter what the formation is, if you don't have that you're going to struggle against a team putting 10 men behind the ball for 50 minutes.
