has that ever happened? straight red for simulation? has anyone even had 2 yellow's for it?

and there be the point young Matthew... the punishment is nothing compared to the gains, so why should players stop when there's no real deterrant/incentive, it's only really here in the pl they get called out on it too.

what would you suggest football do to get rid of it? that's a whole different thread all together though. (hint hint)
