Just read lawro's predictions and I didn't know that Swansea are still to win at home in the league.

Not too sure if this might play on their minds etc..........Hope is eternal!!

Manu, Arsenal and Liverpool had something to do with that.
Weve had a really tough start in terms of opposition (also played spurs away) so I think our players will be raring to get our first home win in front of our fans. It could work in your favour, it may not.
Im hoping for a win, think a draw is more likely. Good luck after the game lads <ok>

Shows that we are not alone in the struggle for survival.

I think Swansea are there for the taking but we will need to be focused and determined and I think Poyet will have us right in both departments.

    1-2

If he can tighten us up at the back and get Fletcher fit and scoring we should be solid. Swansea are very well organised, so this will be a toughie, but it is defo winnable. In any event, it's a good dress rehearsal for the biggie next Sunday!

Yeah it's sad that the press appear to think we should have 9 plus points but they never mention our home games except the one against Fulham - where they ALSO never mention that Fulham were only in our box ONCE in the entire game! They were the only team that weekend to get into the opposition box less than Newcastle did!!

I don;t know what to think - Heart says 2-1 win but head says 1-1. wouldn't be too unhappy with a draw. It's the honeymoon period so hopefully everyone in the camp will be loved up with Gus and have a stormer and we'll win

Marcus away draws are good results. Would love a win; would take a draw; just dreading another defeat. 6 straight losses will have a really negative effect IMO and would have the vultures again gathering from the press to tell is how **** they think we are.

This is Cest - those Vultures hated Sudnerland when Di Canio was in charge because Di Canio was in charge - the same ones now hate us for getting rid of Di Canio so everything from them is negative towards us no matter what - we could win 3-0 tomorrow with three perfectly good goals and they'd say "well if the defence had stepped up he'd be offside" or "it almost hit the forwards hand and the ref would've had his vision blocked if it had" - that is LITERALLY how it feels at the moment - like the press will try to invent something to turn a good day for SAFC into a bad day

We always thought we'd start poorly and we did, although the problems with the squad and Di Canio made it much worse.

The fact is that the squad has a good team in it and the manager seems to have said and done all the right things.

We have Fletcher back which is like a big money signing just at the right time.

Swansea have lost their last two games and seem to blow hot & cold as a team.

I'll go for 2-1 to the Lads.

Never heard that saying before. Class.

Usually swansea would be the ones thinking christ Sunderland must be due a win soon. However, this is us so chances are it will go pear shaped. Chuffed with a win but more than happy with a draw with good performance. HWTL

We can't afford to go behind but I also fear that if we score to early we won't win :-/

Im just hoping the new manager effect kicks in, a loss would be devastating.

    What???

If we go behind we'll lose. If we score too early we'll drop back and try and hang on to a 1-0 lead but will inevitably concede.
