    His response to the criticism proves the Lib Dems were right to call into question his professionalism and it gives an indication of why the Allam's have been frustrated in any discussions about the KC.

    The sooner he is dispossessed as a portfolio holder the better although I do think that once the council leisure services go arms length he shouldn't be able to interfere too much.

    They should stick vox pops of these in the voting booths. It might just make people think about who they are voting for.

    It's awful to think they are responsible for the public services in Hull. Just like cross between the office and league of gentlemen.

    Kinell, he made leader of Humberside County Council.

    Who knows what might happen if Inglis and Brady fall out with each other, and Geraghty gets served up as acceptable middle man?

    (What did it say about local politicians if an utter Minister of No know-nowt knuckledragger like Geriatricky can make it to the top table?)
