I'm not even sure man, had pains in my right foot from football last week, wasn't too bad, not bad enough I couldn't play again.. Within 20 seconds off running yesterday it started acting up.. 60 minutes later, after the game had finished I couldn't even walk.. Got ice on it, woke up today and it's completely swollen! Shouldn't be nothing to serious, I'm hoping it'll settle after a couple of days.
That sounds bad, if you've have an underlying injury (which something isnt right) it will only get worse. I'd go to the quacks with that mate
I've got a problem with my left heel. It feels fine apart from when I play or immediately after playing football. It hurts when I take a power shot with my right foot as the momentum twist the left heel. Had this for getting on for two months now but I have no intention of doing anything about it. As the saying goes..."it'll be rate" #common
I've got a painful lump on my left foot just before the heel that ive had for ages. They looked at it when they were checking for more tumours on me and its a ball of benign fibrous tissue, yours sound similar Gerrez But your Magic, if you cant walk theres something and needs looking at or it will def get worse And take it from me, not playing football is no fun
If it's this all you have to do is a really good calf stretch before playing as the ligament is attached to your calf.
Ive played with that painful ball in my foot for a good couple of years now Ive played through the pain barrier on many occassions mate You (well Magic) think you're reaching the end of your career, ive got 2 yrs on you! I still thought (pre leg break) I'd go another 6 yrs at least though
Sounds right but I stretch anyway because of previous ankle tendon damage. This was the right but I do both anyway.
Like anyone you'll stretch but try a really concentrated stretch on that calf building up to playing. please log in to view this image I ignored it and the tendon running along the bottom of my foot tore and now I can't play anymore.
I put a much bigger angle than that on it, because I've done ankle tendons I push it as far as I can before playing. It has been getting better too but its still there. I generally play in defence so I don't strain it too often either. PS...it will take something like that to stop me playing. If I was a pro I reckon I'd be like Gazza or Hatton in retirement #gutted #amess #depression
