can't see arteta being dropped, especially since he didn't play internationals. i would also like a proper winger in gnabry to play, but i can't see wenger doing that. gonna be arteta alongside flamini, with rambo on the right. probably wilshere on the left, unless cazorla has been back training for a while.
We can't play both Arteta and Flamini in this game. No way. Maybe against Dortmund, but not against Norwich at home.
Wenger is naturally an attacking coach, I think the reason he used the Arteta-Flamini against West Brom was because it worked so well against Napoli, but in hindsight, we should have started with a more attacking line up. Against Norwich at home, I doubt Wenger is going to field two players in midfield who offer next to nothing going forward, especially when you have a CM like Ramsey in the squad.

Flamini / Ramsey would be my first choice central pairing at the moment. Arteta is a quality player, but Ramsey is offering more at the moment and Flamini gives him the defensive balance to get forward more.
I can't see anything other than a home win sadly. While City have improved in terms of style, you Gooners have got off to a flyer, and that is a little worrying. It's hard enough to get anything at Emirates at the best of times (last season was a prime example), but when you are really flying it's going to be a seriously tough ask.
According to the guardian Ozil was injured midweek and is a doubt and wenger has said Carzola is in with a chance of being involved. Any updates on Ozil?
A plus for you is having Redmond back fit. Is snodgrass struggling this year as last year he was a key player but maybe the birth of his child has distracted him somewhat!
This may well be the case, as it does appear something is serving as a distraction. He's not been up to last seasons level yet but did show some signs in the Stoke and Chelsea games. Scored midweek for the Jocks too
Mesti CazorZil... mmmmmmmmmmm... in the words of Alan's deep bath, that feels goooooooooooooooooooood.
I would start Rosicky on the right, Carzola on the left and Ozil in the middle and then let them swap around. And behind I would have Arteta and Ramsey behind. Give flamini a rest before the dortmund game where he will have to work hard!
Flamini's already had a good rest, he didn't take part in internationals, so he's had 2 weeks of rest. Ozil in the middle, Gnarby on the right, Wilshere on the left, with Ramsey and Flamini being the protective shield, and Cazorla to come on in the second half, bara bing, bara boom.
