This is a complete non-starter nonsense thread.

He's played one full game for Utd.....whippy ****ing do.

There is no way in a million years anyone can predict he'll be good enough when the time comes when he's even eligible to play. Either the media need to stop printing such rubbish or he needs take his head out the ****ing clouds and show he's good enough.

Did you not see the Sunderland game? He's the Albanian/Belgian/Kosovan Zidane. There is no chance he won't be the world's best player this time next year, if indeed he isn't already.

One good game doesn't make you good enough for England, even if you do play for united.

Oh yeah the game they were deservedly losing to a team in absolute crisis - until jamanjizz scored the 2 best goals of all time <ok>

Massive international career ahead of him, he should choose Spain.

He was rarely talked about before he scored two goals... thats all hes done in his career so far **** sake, he can't even play for england for years regardless of how good he is

Does no one remember macheda and recently he's been on loan at Doncaster

    Typical English media

He scored a spectacular late goal, well two obviously, to win us a game.
The comparison with Macheda beings and ends right there. It's fairly obvious that Januzaj has the potential to be an excellent player and it was always obvious Macheda didn't.

No one amongst us is predicting a big future for England though, just a big future for United. He's so obviously good enough that those comparing him to Macheda should be embarrassed.

Couldn't care less which country he choses really but agree that our press should leave the story alone. He wouldn't qualify for England for a few years is it? He should go to the world cup with Belgium if they pick him, they've got a genuine golden generation. Not a made up lumbering sack of **** one like we had.

I pretty much agree with this. A lot of people are comparing him to Macheda - which I haven't as the boy is clearly better. But for the media to be saying things like he's the 'The most wanted teenager in European football' etc etc is just gonna go to his head, if it hasn't already!

He may turn out to be a great player, or like ruff says a bit player for Utd. Know one in their right mind can predict how an 18 year old's career is going to go.

The Media and fans like Mathh (sorry Matth) need to stop this ****athon and let the boy develop as a player.

Even if he turns out good enough, I'll resent the fact he'll play for England as is the only connection he's got is he's been here since he was 16 (2 ****ing years!!)??

Sorry but the guy who runs the corner shop moved to England when he was 14 he's now 34 and wears a ****ing turban - will there be any players that end up being English that play with the 3 lions on there shirt in years to come??

I know it's happened in the past - but usually the player has moved here when they've been very, very young and been schooled here, and to them England is all they really know. I'm still not keen on that, but it has to be a better alternative to turning up at 16 staying here 5 years then pulling on the England shirt.

It's Bonkers, the lot of it <ok>

Belgium > England. Don't see why he hasn't chosen them yet. Have they actually tried to call him up or is that a load of ****?
