United appear to possibly be in decline. To what extent are we an architect of this decline? I think they're so worried about the positive direction we're moving in that they're flapping, no one more so than Moyes. Your thoughts? Especially yours, Enricky This is a positive Liverpool FC thread
Were you standing in front of a mirror when when saying that I agree with auld Red, though for different reasons. By allowing Everton to move above us the last few seasons we've made it seem Moyes is the man for the job, had we been keeping Everton lower in the league he would not have been offered the job
yes, Mainly because utd wanted to replace Ferguson with Rodgers but we offered him more freedom thus resulting in him turning them down for us. he was even quoted as saying. "utd are in decline, a sinking ship if you will" when asked at a recent press conference.
I heard they also tried to get Rafa as well, but they couldn't get to him because of his agent's resistance. I wonder how MFG is enjoying life in Naples
Why are we bothering with this thread? United are doing a very good job of managing their own decline without any help from us thank you very much!! It is however fun using hindsight to see the self same self-delusion regarding their problems and how/how long it will take them to overcome them being used by the Mancs as we did 20 years ago. So the song for the day is "When will they ever learn"
