Had a few tins last night Tobes and was not the mood your usual rebuttal <laugh>

A little over the top from me there<doh>

But yeah, not millions but certainly thousands, without even touching on child slave labour and atrociousness working conditions.
Their campaign of misinformation in less developed nations has had a serious impact in the past with pushing formula rather than breast feeding, which we know is important for early development of the baby's immune system and given these are developing nations a stronger immune system is certainly important especially in those early months. Going at new born kids and impacting their health for $$
is evil imo. They used their position to get into the hospitals and have them push their products and ran campaigns putting it out there that their formula is better than breast milk, which is complete bollocks.

Sure even the drink 8 glasses of water a day is bollocks and has proven to be so, it was put out there by the water sellers. People still believe that **** and think tea coffee and other liquid drinks don't count towards your water intake ffs

If everyone just boycotted a few products it would have a massive impact.<ok>

I own a Nespresso machine I was bought a few years ago, not bought the pods for it for 18 months, pain in the arse but you gotta start somewhere. Beats working as a child slave labourer for Nestle. Its just so hard to tell when they make something at times. my other half ****ing hates Nestle, she boycotts everything they make

<yikes> I haven't even boycotted Tesco's 'beef' burgers, which reminds me.. Oven.

    #33
  14. Neither have I but then, I've not bought Tesco burgers for a long time. I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to buying burgers, I usually go to the deli-counter and pay a bit more for decent burgers. Only frozen ones I eat are the ones I freeze <ok>

    PS...what you cooking?

  16. I had fresh burgers earlier and on Friday. Had lettuce, tomato, cucumber, chorizo, cheese and cucumber on a buttered cob (yes, a ****ing cob!) with tomato sauce too.

[NSFW](DR will understand the cucumber bit)[/NSFW]

Only problem is, I'm the only one in this house that likes these (soot of) home made burgers so it get expensive when you add all that stuff up for one person.

Iv'e had Nestle on the boycott list for 20 years Sisu, get in touch with the campaign and they
will supply you with the info you need when shopping. It's a constantly shifting situation with
these bloody massive corporations, buying up this and that as the years go by.

    Boycott Nestle <ok>

  19. Mweh, not keen on barbeque sauce which will essentially be what that pizza is. Is it cheesy garlic bread? Is it pizza or french bread shaped? #detailsrequired
